In general, you will get an appointment very quickly with us, and within the practice, we also try to keep waiting times as short as possible. The Urology Center Vienna is open to all insurance providers as well as privately insured patients. Please do not forget your e-card – and if possible, come to your appointment with a well-filled bladder.
Urine sample at every appointment!
One of the most important examinations at the urologist is the urine flow measurement. It is important that as a patient you feel the urge to urinate for this. Therefore, please make sure to come to the examination appointment with a full bladder!
If you have special needs, please let us know when making the appointment so that we can accommodate them.

Important information about appointment cancellations!
It is important to us that all patients in our practice have the shortest possible waiting times. Therefore, we do not "overbook" our practice, which, however, causes us high costs if patients do not show up. Therefore, it is necessary that you always keep agreed appointments or cancel them in a timely manner, at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise we may charge a compensation fee. Every patient generally receives a reminder SMS from us 48 hours before the appointment, which can be easily canceled at any time by replying with "Appointment Cancellation." Of course, an appointment can also be canceled by email (storno(at)urologenzentrum.at) or by phone – although we recommend a written cancellation in your own interest.
