I was born in Prague and grew up bilingual (Czech and German) in Vienna. By completing my studies in human medicine, I fulfilled a childhood dream. Early on during my studies, I discovered my talent for urology, and the field accompanied me continuously up to my final academic thesis. So it was natural, after graduating, to begin training as a specialist in urology and andrology. My goal is to make visits to the doctor as pleasant as possible for our patients through openness and friendliness. As a physician at the Urology Center, I am particularly pleased not only to devote myself to patient care, but also to be able to continue being active in research. In my free time, I balance ongoing medical continuing education with sports and travel, preferably in combination—this way I can relax to the fullest while skiing, diving, or on long bike tours and keep discovering new things.
