I was born in Germany and grew up there. I completed my medical studies at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. There I also wrote my doctoral thesis on the topic "History of the Charité Women's Clinic".

In addition to my medical training, I completed the Master's program Master of Public Health (MPH) at the Berlin School of Public Health at Charité.

My specialist training in urology took me to Neuruppin (Brandenburg) and Chemnitz (Saxony). The urology department in Chemnitz is among the largest urological facilities in Germany.

In addition, I worked for several years as a study physician at Bayer/Schering in Berlin and worked there in the area of Phase I clinical trials.

Since 2023 I have been part of the medical team at the Urologenzentrum Wien.
