Dear Patients!

In order to create findings for you, we often have to wait for evaluations from laboratories and other results. This means that a finding sometimes takes a little time. Usually about 10 days. To give you an overview of the different ways you can obtain your findings, we have provided the following list of options for you:

Pick up the findings at the practice: After 14 days, you can pick up the findings at our practice. Simply come by during our practice hours after these 2 weeks have passed. If it doesn't go so quickly for you, we will keep your findings for 3 months.

In case of need, we can also print out the findings for you again for an administrative fee of 5 euros. The proceeds from this compensation will be donated to "Doctors Without Borders".

Have the findings sent by mail: If you wish, we can also send you the findings by mail after completion. For this, we ask you to inform the reception at the end of your appointment before leaving the practice. Since the health insurance does not cover this service, we have to charge an administrative fee of 5 euros. We ask you to pay these costs in cash when you inform us. Here too, we donate this compensation to "Doctors Without Borders".

Access the findings online: If you have scheduled your appointment with us using our Online Appointment Booking, we can also make the findings available for download in our online system. As soon as the findings are available, you will receive an SMS or an email. After that, you just need to log into our online findings query and download the findings.
