Self-test Prostate

The health of the prostate is an important component of overall well-being in men. Complaints or changes in the prostate area can often go unnoticed, but they can significantly affect the quality of life. This questionnaire helps you identify and assess possible symptoms related to the prostate. Based on your answers, you can determine if there are signs of a health impairment and whether a visit to the doctor is advisable.

Please answer each question truthfully and choose the answer that best fits your current situation. The questionnaire can also be printed if you wish to complete it offline.
