Self-test Prostate Inflammation

A prostate inflammation (prostatitis) is a common condition that can affect men and lead to discomfort in the bladder and genital tract area. This inflammation can take both acute and chronic forms and lead to unpleasant symptoms such as pain and frequent urge to urinate. The present questionnaire helps you identify and assess possible symptoms of prostate inflammation to decide whether a medical examination is necessary.

Please answer each question as accurately as possible. Your answers can help you and your doctor determine the best approach for diagnosis and treatment. The questionnaire can also be printed if you wish to fill it out offline.
